Amrei Liebold studies the bassoon with Georg Klütsch in Weimar and Cologne and with Daniele Damiano in Geneva in Svizzerland. In 2004 one awards her the final diploma from Hochschule für Musik „Hanns Eisler“ in Berlin where she improved with Klaus Thunemann, bassoon, and Marion Reinhard, contrabassoon. She participates in masterclasses for bassoon and chambermusic of Sergio Azzolini, Dag Jensen, Radovan Vlatkovic, Ingo Goritzki, Eduard Brunner, Jaime Martin and Jean-Claude Gérard and in Inernational Summer Academy Santander, Spain. From 1999-2005 she holds a scholarship from Villa Music Foundation. Having played within German National Youth Orchestra and Schleswig-Holstein Festival Orchestra she starts professional playing with Konzerthausorchester Berlin, Düsseldorf Symphoniker, Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen and Kammerakademie Potsdam. In 2005 she is hired as solo contrabassoon to the Opera of Wiesbaden. Between 2006 and 2011, she does courses of baroque bassoon of Christian Beuse in Musikhochschule of Frankfurt and she plays with Academie für Alte Musik, Berlin. In September, 2012 she includes the Orchestra of Paris as contrabassoon and teaches in Barcelona, Spain. Since 2014 she teaches at the Pole Superieur' 93 and in CRR of Aubervilliers-La Courneuve and and she is member of ensemles „ Les Dissonances " and «Les solistes Européens de Luxembourg». She is invited replace to the Parisian orchestras and in Concertgebouw Orkest Amsterdam, orchestra of Bamberger Symphoniker and Cologne Radio Orchestra WDR. Since October, 2016 she follows her studies of the baroque bassoon with Jérémie Papasergio. Chamber music activity leads her to several Festiavals such as
Orlando Festival Kerkrade, Netherlands, Festival de musique de chambre "Les 8 de Montcabrier", France, Rheingau-Musikfestival with "Bläsersolisten der Deutschen Kammerphilharmonie Bremen" and Internationale Maifestspiele Wiesbaden with Baroque Ensemble Mattiacis, Germany.
Beside her musical activities she is a yoga teacher and eager tango dancer.
